My name is Kaveri Virginia. I began my training in Psychology at the University of Murcia and furthered my studies in Poland and Chile, as well as a professional stint in the United Kingdom. This passion for traveling and experiencing other realities also guides my work as a psychologist: I understand each therapeutic process as a journey, a new country to discover, with its own language, rhythm, and landscape. I approach each story with curiosity, respect, and a deep willingness to learn and, based on my experience and training, contribute tools that can enrich the inner world that unfolds in therapy.
Another of my great passions is movement: dance, the body, the physical. Therefore, in my coaching, I also offer the opportunity to work from the body, especially with experiences we have already understood mentally but that still need to be integrated on a physical level.
I’m also deeply interested in the power of narrative: what we tell ourselves, what we’ve been told, and how those stories shape our identity. Sometimes, discomfort stems from a narrative that limits or hurts us. In that sense, an essential part of my work is helping people review and, if they so choose, rewrite their story from a more compassionate, freer, and more personal place.
My personal journey has been—and continues to be—a profound source of learning and guidance. From there, I commit to accompanying each person through presence, listening, and respect for their unique journey.
